In the “special election” flash, the Administrative Council submitted resolution no. 4 which
proposed the deletion of article 2.2.6 of the “administrative” internal regulations and
paragraph 2.2.1 “operation” of the same regulation was completely modified.
The latter repeats the wording of the former article 2.2.6.
During the pre-general assembly meeting held on Sunday July 21 at the cinema, it was
brought to our attention that paragraph 6 was poorly drafted because the latter stipulates that “Any associate must report to the Domaine entrance office or to the administration office if the latter is closed for the registration of a paying guest”.
Indeed, if there is a paying guest present this means that the associate is absent from the Domaine.
Obviously, this provision will not be applied.
Resolution No. 4 cannot be modified because it is presented for adoption by the associates and therefore, this article will be presented for modification at next year’s assembly.
